As such, going forward LYS will exclusively devote its services to locating, inspecting, evaluating and, if all looks agreeable, coordinating the survey process and eventual contract negotiations for prospective buyers. In other words, our exclusive emphasis will be on assisting a buyer through this frequently complicated process. In short, we will exclusively offer a Buyer’s Broker service. As in “normal” brokerage transactions, the fee for such services are borne by the seller.
